Return / Refund Policy

In case you are dissatisfied with your order/particular product, do let us know the reason. SRIKA reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer after reviewing the reason behind raising the request. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our unit, but if you are not satisfied  You can raise a return request: 
  • Login to your account
  • View your order history and choose the product you wish to return 
  • Fill the form by stating the valid reason 

Our team will review the request raised and initiate the return request. A reverse pickup facility will be initiated from our end. The amount will be refunded within 4 working days from the time of approval. Product value will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.

Package once opened will not be returned or refunded.

Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.

  • You can return/exchange within 12 days after the date of delivery
  • SRIKA will arrange a reverse pickup for the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Please note the shipping charges will not be refunded for the particular item/order.
